01Our story
Why we started
Obi Batbileg founded Craefto Works in Sydney in 2025 on a simple belief: businesses deserve better than overpriced templates and a different supplier for every part of the job.
A brand, a website, the systems behind it and the content that fills it too often come from different places, and they never quite fit together. So we brought all five capabilities into one studio, where design and engineering are one discipline and every piece is built to work with the next.
Built to compound: everything we make should keep paying off long after launch.

- A fixed price before we startWe scope the work with you and give you a fixed price before any of it begins.
- You pay as work is deliveredProjects run in milestones, typically 30% upfront, 40% at design approval and 30% on launch, so you never pay ahead of the work.
- One team, no handoffsDesign and development happen in the same studio, as one continuous conversation, so nothing gets lost between teams.
- No surprisesYour timeline is confirmed in the proposal, and we keep you informed throughout, in plain language.
- We stay after launchEvery project includes 30 days of support. After that, a monthly plan covers fixes, updates and new work.
- What we make is yoursOn full payment, the final work belongs to you, and we hand over the accounts we set up for you.
