01About the role

Cut and craft the promotional videos behind every campaign we ship. From product launch films to short form social cuts, you will turn raw footage into work that earns attention in the first three seconds. This is a hands on edit role for someone who treats the timeline as a storytelling instrument and obsesses over pacing, sound, and rhythm.

02Responsibilities

What you'll do

Edit promotional video campaigns for client product launches and brand initiatives

Cut narrative arcs from raw footage that hold attention from the first frame

Design motion graphics, lower thirds, and on screen typography

Color grade and finish video for broadcast, social, and web delivery

Sync music, build pacing, and mix dialogue and sound effects

Adapt every cut into the right aspect ratio and length for each platform, from TikTok and Reels to YouTube, LinkedIn, and hero web

Collaborate with designers and strategists to align visual direction with campaign storytelling

03Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally on brand or campaign work

  • Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Strong showreel showing narrative driven cuts, not just compilations

  • Comfort with After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and animation

  • Solid color grading instincts and a working knowledge of LUTs and node based grading

  • Sharp ear for pacing, music synchronization, and emotional rhythm

  • Ability to deliver multiple cuts and platform variants from the same source

04Bonus

Nice to have

3D experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini for hybrid shots

Sound design or foley background

On set experience or camera operation

Familiarity with Frame.io or other client review platforms

Experience producing campaigns for digital products, SaaS, or tech brands
